BACKORDERS

All backorders or items currently out of stock at the time an order is placed will be shipped as soon as possible. Cancellations of a backorder must be made before an item is shipped – we will not accept returned backorders. Any backorders received by us will be sent back with a 20% re-shipping fee.

SHIPPING

The Pantry Peddler will ship USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) - unless instructed otherwise - from New England, North Dakota. Products are usually shipped within 2 business days - upon receipt of payment.  Shipping charges are $7.95 for all orders $79.50 and under.  

TERMS

All orders accepted prepaid by preferred method Paypal or certified check, cashier's check, cash or money order.

CLAIMS

A copy of the invoice is necessary for all claims. All claims for damages must be made by the Purchaser to the Carrier. No deductions will be made from the invoice. Shortages or errors must be reported to The Pantry Peddler within 5 days of receipt of goods. All sales final. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at their cost.

SHELF LIFE

For maximum shelf life, store all products in a cool, dry place. SEASONINGS - 6 months to 1 year (for maximum color and potency); JELLIES - up to 1 year unopened and 1-2 months once opened; BREADS & SOUPS - 1 year; SAUCES & MARINADES - up to 1 year unopened. Try to avoid exposing products to heat, humidity and bright lights. As with any edible product - I encourage "a fresher taste the sooner it hits the plate"!
