Uses for Beer Bread

-Sprinkle Seasoned Salt on a buttered, toasted slice of beer bread

-Add 1-2 tsp. of any Pantry Peddler dip mix to batter before baking for extra flair

-Divide batter into three mini loaf pans and bake 30-35 minutes ~ makes a great homemade gift!

-Sprinkle in chocolate chips and mashed bananas for a quick banana bread

-Top a toasted slice with egg, ham and cheese for a great snack or lunch

-Cube and use in meatloaf or meatballs for extra flavor

-Use slices to make a great thick french toast

-Make an ordinary sandwich tasty with seasoned beer bread slices

-Add pumpkin pie filling, spices and nuts for a quick pumpkin bread

-Add 2-3 tbsp. water to batter while stirring for a slightly lighter texture bread

-Remember ~ always use warm (room temperature) beer or soda
