Uses for Jellies

-Serve on toast, bagels or muffins

-Add to cream cheese and use as a bagel spread

-Wonderful served on warm beer bread

-Serve on waffles, pancakes or french toast

-Use as a dip for french toast sticks

-Warm and drizzle over ice cream or frozen yogurt

Recipes for Jellies

CHUNKY CHIP JELLY BARS

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup coconut flakes
5 squares semi-sweet bakin chocolate - coarsely chopped
1 jar (12 oz) Strawberry Rhubarb Jelly

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix flour, brown sugar and baking powder in large bowl.  Cut in butter until coarse crumbs form.  Add oats, coconut and pecans; mix well.  Press half of the crumb mixture into a greased 13 in. by 9 in. by 2 in. pan, sprinkle with chopped chocolate.  Spoon jelly over top, sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.  Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.  Cool completely.
